Buna ziua / seara !!
Suntem trei baieti de la Sfantu Gheorghe ( Judetul Covasna) - care au fost victime unei inselaciuni in domeniul "munca in strainatate" adica am primit o oferta de la BBC Recruitment SRL ( adica Allert Consulting , Brasov str. Alexandru Vlahuta, nr.10) in Anglia ( Wales ) pentru urmatoarele posturi: sofer, cleaner. Am platit cate 2000ron dupa ce am semnat contractul de mediere (16.07.2010) in care se scrie ca firma are 24 de luni ca sa gaseasca locul de munca pentru noi si daca nici dupa perioada aceasta nu gaseste locul de munca primim inapoi 60% din 2000ron, sau daca reziliem contractul mai de vreme decat 24 de luni o sa primim inapoi 10%.Dupa o saptamana ne-au sunat ca totul e ok si angajatorul a acceptat pe toti trei si dupa doua saptamani maxim o luna plecam. Dupa ce a trecut o luna am scris un e-mail pentru hotel --Conrah-- sa vedem daca stie ceva despre noi,nu stia nimica,chiar a anuntat politia de acolo imediat. Avem e-mailurile de la hotel ca dovada. Am scris email la ITM - Bucuresti, dar nimic, niciun raspuns. In Oct. 1. am reziliat contractul de mediere si am scris o cerere ca vrem banii inapoi ( 10%) si fraierii au spus ca primim inapoi 10% in termen de 30 de zile de lucru. Acuma e 17 Noiembrie si nu am primit nimic!!!! Noi suntem 3 persoane care au pierdut 2000 RON / pers. :( De exemplu eu NU am nici parinti ca alti, nu pot sa dau la judecata pentru ca NU am bani pentru avocati ! :( am pierdut 2000 de RON ce a dat la mie fratel meu, si nu am de unde sa dau inapoi.
Va rog sa ne dati sfaturi cum putem sa ne recuperam banii ca pana acuma n-am reusit-o. in afara de noi sunt multi care au fost pacaliti au fost in brasov la cateva institutii care se ocupa cu astfel de fraude dar nu a fost facut nimica de aia am apelat la ajutorul dumneavoastrei.

If yes we would like to know what job offers did we get, what will we need to do there.
Please understand that we are young and would like to get a job, and we invested money to get a job and we do not want to get scammed by B.B.C. Recruitment.
After we payed the fees that were necessary to apply and get accepted for the job, we started to read some negative comments on some forums about B.B.C. Recruitment.
This is the reason I wrote this letter to "Conrah Hotel Group" and this is the reason I have so many questions.
I do not wish the offend "Conrah Hotel Group" or "B.B.C. Recruitment" in any ways, if I did I sincerely apologize for it.

Unfortunately this job offer on BBC Recruitment is a scam. They did not contact us as we do not have any job vacancies at present. We suggest you get back in touch with them to try to get your money back.

Hello again,
We have made the police aware in this country, if you feel it will help you then please do the same. However, it may not be BBC Recruitment running the scam, as there seen to be similar scams operating in other countries also.

Lupta noastra a celor de la Asociatia http://www.AsistentaPentruConsumatori.ro se duce impotriva abuzurilor la care sunt supusi consumatorii romani.
Pentru asta avem nevoie ca voi, sa ne scrieti despre fraudele sau abuzurile la care sunteti supusi de catre comercianti sau autoritati.
Noi preluam sesizarile voastre si ne luptam pentru ca drepturile sa va fie recunoscute.

VOI VEDETI CE AU SEMNAT ??? Prostie intruchipata. Nu vreti sa semnati si cu mine ? tin banii la banca si castig si dobanda si 40% din suma fara sa am nici o obligatie. Incredibil.
