There is no activation or negative costs related to the accounts you assign our office. We work on a no collection, no fee basis. Our commissions will be discussed based on volumes and the type of credits assigned or sold to us .
2. Tracing of telephone numbers
3. Field collection service - which can be done at any point of the collection phase.
4. Pre-legal reminder - which will be sent by our legal team.
5. Legal consultation is free as well ( if the claim should need to be passed to the judicial phase).
Note: Legal costs are given to each client/creditor prior to initiating legal action during the consultation phase. No legal action will be taken without written authorization. Each phase of legal action has a cost which will be given to the client/creditor each time ( all costs can be provided in an estimate form). CBI's legal network is comprised of various offices throughout the Italian territory.
Skip tracing Services:
Costs related to this service are € 20.00. Skip tracing results can vary from 2 - 15 days depending on the area of Italy in which the debtor is presumably located.
Debt Buying:
We currently purchase Non Performing Loans in the Italian market. These loans are related to overdrawn bank accounts, personal loans or credit cards. We would like you to know that if you or your financial clients should have accounts which are located in Italy we would like to discuss a purchasing transaction.
If selling is not part of your business plan at the moment, I invite you to assign us claims in a trial phase that have already been managed by another Italian collection agency or legal office that were closed with a negative status so that you may get to know us better .
